In some cases you can cancel an order before it's processed. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 202-713-5332 to verify if cancellation is available. If you are unable to cancel the order, promptly process a request to return the unopened order within 3 calendar days receiving the order.
Please check your tracking information and contact us right away if your order seems to be lost in transit. If you haven't reported an item as lost within 7 calendar days, you'll be responsible for paying for it.
You must contact Customer Service at email@example.com or by calling 202- 713-5332 within 3 calendars days of receiving the items to submit a request to return the item and resolve the issue. All items must be returned within 5 calendar days.
How does the return process work?
We inspect all returns. If the item isn’t the one you bought or is in a condition that doesn’t match the return reason, you'll be assessed a return fee and may have the item sent back to you.
Jewelry and Watches
Most purchases ship with UPS, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. If these items are damaged, defective, or the wrong item, you can return it within 5 calendar days at no charge. You can also work directly with your manufacturer or warranty provider to repair or replace the item.
If you’ve changed your mind about the item and it’s unopened and unused, you can return it within 3 days for a $35 restocking/return fee (+ tax if applicable).
We cannot accept or sell used, refurbished or open box items.
If you need to return something that isn’t damaged, please make sure the item is in the original, unopened packaging before you try to return it.
Before making a purchase, review the product description carefully. Check measurements, color and other specifics to make sure the item fits your needs.
When you get your item, check the outside of the box and/or packing slip before opening to make sure the description matches what you ordered.
